A letter from April 7th, 2023

Dear Therapist, So we’ve reached 20, had a absolutely perfect birthday, and now it’s back to the same old same old. Back down to earth. The acne is looking better here, but obviously that’s subject to change. My moustache has a couple darker hairs but nothing worth writing home about, but maybe you’ve got news in that department. Hope the voice is doing well as well, it’s still kind of rough here but not nearly as much as in the beginning, double edged sword I suppose. Has that **** stitch finally dissolved yet? I’ve tried cutting it out but no dice, and I don’t want to live with it. Otherwise the chest is looking pretty fab. I can never remember to use the bio oil because I’m too lazy, but I don’t really care how long the scars last, the look pretty sick after all. Hope everything’s sorted out with your NHS records now, at least the ball is rolling. Also hopefully you’ve spoken with Sinclair about being put on the NHS waiting list, though I’m not holding my breath. Hopefully uni is going well, it’ll be lonely without Yoshi but I’m sure you text him more than you ever spoke in person. Hope he’s doing better now, did he up his dosage? Hopefully he’s doing well regarding grieving as well. Remember you need to go to London with him sometime, and get a railcard.
